Nach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/stellantis\/stellantis-litaliener-antonio-filosa-ehemaliger-fca-wird-ceo-der-gruppe\/\">die Ernennung von Antonio Filosa<\/a> im Juni 2025 an der Spitze der Gruppe stehen wird, st\u00fcrzt ein EU-Chef nach dem anderen. Diesmal ist es Luca Napolitano, die Symbolfigur der Wiedergeburt der EU. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/lancia\/\">Lancia<\/a>Er verlor seinen Posten als CEO der italienischen Marke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Von der Speerspitze zum Nebenposten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit der Gr\u00fcndung von Stellantis im Jahr 2021 verk\u00f6rperte Luca Napolitano die Wiederbelebung von Lancia. Unter seiner Leitung hat die italienische Marke, von der viele glaubten, sie sei dem Untergang geweiht, ein neues Gesicht bekommen: ein neues Logo, eine Neupositionierung im Premiumbereich und vor allem die Express-Einf\u00fchrung des neuen Ypsilon, des ersten Modells einer Trilogie, die Lancia in Europa wiederbeleben soll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/luca-lancia.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42970\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/luca-lancia.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/luca-lancia-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/luca-lancia-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/luca-lancia-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber laut der offiziellen Pressemitteilung, die am 7. November 2025 ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde, wurde Napolitano nun zum Leiter von Stellantis &amp; You - Sales &amp; Services ernannt, einer eher bereichs\u00fcbergreifenden Position, die Jean-Philippe Imparato unterstellt ist. Eine elegante Art, ihn aus dem Weg zu r\u00e4umen, ohne es zu sagen? Es gab keine besonderen Dankesworte f\u00fcr den Mann, der die Flamme von Lancia fast vier Jahre lang am Brennen gehalten hatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eine kettenf\u00f6rmige Reorganisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bewegung ist nicht isoliert. Seit mehreren Monaten durchl\u00e4uft Stellantis eine tiefgreifende Reorganisation seiner europ\u00e4ischen Marken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jean-Philippe Imparato, nachdem er zun\u00e4chst Alfa Romeo und dann Stellantis Europe geleitet hatte, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/maserati\/nach-alfa-romeo-widmet-sich-jean-philippe-imparato-nun-der-wiederbelebung-von-maserati-einer-der-schonsten-marken-der-automobilwelt\/\">steht nun an der Spitze von Maserati<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Santo Ficili, er, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/alfa-romeo\/santo-ficili-neuer-ceo-von-maserati-und-alfa-romeo-enthullt-seine-ambitionen\/\">beh\u00e4lt die Leitung von Alfa Romeo<\/a>Er war der erste, der die F\u00fchrung der Marke mit dem Biscione \u00fcbernahm und damit seine Stabilit\u00e4t best\u00e4tigte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emanuele Capellano <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/stellantis\/nach-dem-neuen-cfo-ernennt-antonio-filosa-einen-weiteren-engen-vertrauten-zum-leiter-von-stellantis-europe\/\">\u00fcbernahm die Leitung von Stellantis Enlarged Europe<\/a> und beaufsichtigt nun alle regionalen Marken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem neuen Schachbrettmuster folgt Roberta Zerbi Napolitano als Leiterin von Lancia. Sie ist bereits ein bekanntes Gesicht des Konzerns, da sie bislang Stellantis &amp; You - Sales &amp; Services leitete. Es ist eine Ironie des Schicksals, dass sie Napolitano ersetzt, w\u00e4hrend Napolitano ... seinen alten Posten \u00fcbernimmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lancia erneut geschw\u00e4cht?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinter diesem Walzer der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte dr\u00e4ngt sich eine Frage auf: Was wird aus Lancia? Die Marke verf\u00fcgt heute nur noch \u00fcber ein einziges vermarktetes Modell, den Ypsilon, der fast ausschlie\u00dflich in Italien verkauft wird. Der zuk\u00fcnftige Gamma, ist nach unseren Informationen immer noch f\u00fcr 2026 geplant. Doch dieser abrupte F\u00fchrungswechsel wirft einen Schatten auf diesen Aufschwung. Wird der Kurs ohne seinen historischen Kapit\u00e4n beibehalten werden? Der Zeitpunkt wirft Fragen auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offiziell spricht Stellantis von einer \"kundenorientierten\" Organisation und dem Wunsch, \"das gesamte Potenzial der europ\u00e4ischen Produktpalette freizusetzen\".
