W\u00e4hrend <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/stellantis\/\">Stellantis<\/a> w\u00e4hrend in den europ\u00e4ischen Werken Produktionsanpassungen vorgenommen werden, l\u00e4uft das serbische Werk in Kragujevac immer schneller. Das erkl\u00e4rte Ziel ist es, 500 Fahrzeuge pro Tag zu produzieren. Das ist ein symbolischer Wert, den die Gruppe trotz der vielen Arbeitskr\u00e4fte aus der ganzen Welt noch nicht erreicht hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Produktion stark gestiegen, aber noch unvollst\u00e4ndig<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laut Milano Finanza ist der Grande Panda zu einem der strategischen Modelle von Stellantis f\u00fcr Europa geworden. Der Hersteller meldet f\u00fcr September einen Anstieg der Verkaufszahlen in Europa um 11,5 %, der weitgehend von Modellen getragen wird, die die Smart Car-Plattform nutzen, zu der auch der Fiat Grande Panda geh\u00f6rt. Die Bestellungen explodieren, aber die Produktion hat immer noch M\u00fche, mit dem Tempo Schritt zu halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Kragujevac, Serbien, produzieren zwei Schichten bereits rund 400 Autos pro Tag. Um die symbolische Grenze von 500 Einheiten pro Tag zu \u00fcberschreiten, hat Stellantis eine dritte Nachtschicht in Betrieb genommen, die jedoch noch nicht voll funktionsf\u00e4hig ist. Bisher w\u00fcrde sie nur die Produktion von etwa 40 zus\u00e4tzlichen Fahrzeugen erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arbeiter aus Italien, Marokko, Nepal...<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Angesichts des Mangels an einheimischen Arbeitskr\u00e4ften und der Tatsache, dass L\u00f6hne von rund 600 Euro pro Monat f\u00fcr serbische Arbeitnehmer nicht attraktiv sind, setzte Stellantis eine globale Rekrutierungsstrategie um.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst wurden italienische Arbeiter aus den Werken in Pomigliano d'Arco, Melfi und Atessa zur Unterst\u00fctzung geschickt. Etwa 200 transalpine Besch\u00e4ftigte erkl\u00e4rten sich bereit, vor\u00fcbergehend nach Serbien zu gehen, da sie ein volles Gehalt und eine Auslandspr\u00e4mie der Kurzarbeit in Italien vorzogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend wurden 300 marokkanische Arbeiter eingestellt, um die Nachtarbeit in Gang zu bringen. Sie erhielten ein Grundgehalt von ca. 300 Euro, zuz\u00fcglich einer Fahrtkostenpauschale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber diese Verst\u00e4rkung reicht immer noch nicht aus. Laut Milano Finanza hat Stellantis eine neue Phase der Rekrutierung in Asien eingeleitet, um die L\u00fccken zu schlie\u00dfen. 100 nepalesische Arbeiter sind bereits eingetroffen, weitere kommen aus Bangladesch, Indien und sogar aus Bhutan. Vor der Fabrik zeugen die Schlangen der Neuank\u00f6mmlinge von einem neuartigen Ph\u00e4nomen: Eine Produktion, die nun von Arbeitskr\u00e4ften aus drei Kontinenten getragen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Angenommene industrielle Dringlichkeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese internationale Mobilisierung spiegelt die Dringlichkeit des Augenblicks wider: Der Fiat Grande Panda wurde zur Hoffnung von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/fiat\/fiat-gewinnt-dank-des-grosen-panda-wieder-an-farbe-und-steigt-in-die-top-10-ein\/\">die Wiederbelebung von Fiat in Europa<\/a>. Antonio Filosa, der neue Chef von Stellantis Europe, setzt auf dieses Modell, um die Marke wieder auf Kurs zu bringen und die Wirksamkeit der von Carlos Tavares geerbten Strategie der Niedrigkostenproduktion zu demonstrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Grande Panda hakt alle Punkte ab: Neo-Retro-Design, Hybrid- und Elektroantrieb und ein wettbewerbsf\u00e4higer Startpreis. Aber ohne eine reibungslose Produktion k\u00f6nnte der kommerzielle Erfolg gebremst werden.
