Von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/stellantis\/stellantis-litaliener-antonio-filosa-ehemaliger-fca-wird-ceo-der-gruppe\/\">sein Amtsantritt im Sommer 2025<\/a>Antonio Filosa dr\u00fcckt dem Automobilkonzern nach und nach seinen Stempel auf. Obwohl er geb\u00fcrtiger Italiener ist, hat er den Gro\u00dfteil seiner Karriere in Lateinamerika verbracht, zwischen Fiat Chrysler und Stellantis, insbesondere in Brasilien. Daher stammt ein Gro\u00dfteil seines Vertrauenskreises aus dieser Region der Welt und eine Nominierung folgt auf die n\u00e4chste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor einigen Tagen k\u00fcndigte Stellantis bereits die Ankunft eines neuen Finanzvorstands (CFO), des Brasilianers Joao Laranjo, an, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/stellantis\/stellantis-ceo-ernennt-einen-engen-vertrauten-zum-neuen-cfo-er-kommt-ebenfalls-aus-brasilien-wir-arbeiten-seit-15-jahren-zusammen\/\">ein Mann, den Filosa seit mehr als f\u00fcnfzehn Jahren kennt<\/a>. Der aus S\u00e3o Paulo stammende Filosa, der bei FCA, Stellantis Nordamerika und dann bei Goodyear gearbeitet hatte, kehrte in den Scho\u00df des Konzerns zur\u00fcck, um den CEO in einer heiklen Zeit zu begleiten: sinkende Verkaufszahlen in den USA, Druck auf die Gewinnspannen und teure Elektrifizierung. \"Wir arbeiten seit 15 Jahren zusammen\", hatte Filosa betont, um diese Express-Nominierung zu rechtfertigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coup de th\u00e9\u00e2tre in Europa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neue Ersch\u00fctterung heute Morgen. Jean-Philippe Imparato, ein ehemaliger enger Vertrauter von Carlos Tavares und eine vertraute Figur der Marken Peugeot und dann Alfa Romeo, gibt seinen Posten als CEO von Stellantis Europe auf. Offiziell widmet er sich nun Maserati, dessen Wiederbelebung er steuern soll, sowie Stellantis &amp; You, dem Vertriebsnetz der Gruppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als seinen Nachfolger hat Filosa ein anderes Profil gew\u00e4hlt... auch hier wieder mit starkem Bezug zu Lateinamerika. Es ist Emanuele Cappellano, derzeit Chef von Stellantis Pro One (der Nutzfahrzeugsparte) und ehemaliger Leiter der Region S\u00fcdamerika, der die Leitung von Stellantis Europa \u00fcbernehmen wird. Der geb\u00fcrtige Italiener begann seine berufliche Laufbahn in Turin, doch ein Gro\u00dfteil seiner Karriere verbrachte er in Brasilien und auf dem s\u00fcdamerikanischen Kontinent an der Seite von Filosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein italienisch-brasilianisches Team, das sich neu um Filosa gruppiert<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit Laranjo f\u00fcr Finanzen und Cappellano f\u00fcr Europa setzt Filosa langj\u00e4hrige Verb\u00fcndete in strategische Positionen ein. Ein starkes Signal nach innen: Nach der \u00c4ra Carlos Tavares, in der das Gleichgewicht zwischen der franz\u00f6sischen, italienischen und amerikanischen Kultur von gr\u00f6\u00dfter Bedeutung war, tritt Stellantis in eine neue Phase ein, in der Italien und Lateinamerika eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle bei der Unternehmensf\u00fchrung spielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es wurden auch andere Bewegungen angek\u00fcndigt: Herlander Zola \u00fcbernimmt die Leitung von S\u00fcdamerika, Samir Cherfan bleibt f\u00fcr den Nahen Osten und Afrika zust\u00e4ndig, Gregoire Olivier k\u00fcmmert sich nun um China und den asiatisch-pazifischen Raum, w\u00e4hrend Ralph Gilles das F\u00fchrungsteam f\u00fcr Design erg\u00e4nzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinter diesen Ernennungen zeichnet sich eine Logik ab: Stellantis soll um einen Kern von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften herum konsolidiert werden, die die gleiche Managementkultur und eine gemeinsame Erfahrung in Lateinamerika teilen.
