W\u00e4hrend es heute zu einfach ist, in den sozialen Netzwerken Autos vorzuf\u00fchren, die in Sekundenschnelle von k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz erfunden wurden, verdient die geduldige und kreative Arbeit von Designern mehr denn je, ins Rampenlicht ger\u00fcckt zu werden. Dies gilt auch f\u00fcr das Projekt Lancia Pu+Ra Montecarlo des franz\u00f6sischen Designers Christopher Giroux, der derzeit als Senior Exterior Designer bei Ford in Deutschland t\u00e4tig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geburtstag des Lancia Beta Montecarlo entschied er sich daf\u00fcr, dieses legend\u00e4re Coup\u00e9 aus den 70er Jahren mit einer modernen Interpretation neu zu erfinden, die dem Geist des urspr\u00fcnglichen Modells treu bleibt, aber an die neue Pu+Ra-Designsprache angepasst ist, dass Lancia<\/a> entwickelt seither das HPE-Konzept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf seinem LinkedIn-Konto erkl\u00e4rt Christopher Giroux, dass es ihm viel Spa\u00df gemacht hat, \"das urspr\u00fcngliche Gef\u00fchl und die Atmosph\u00e4re der 70er Jahre zu erhalten, aber auf eine radikalere Art und Weise\". Seine Skizzen, die traditionelle Techniken mit modernen digitalen Werkzeugen wie Photoshop oder Blender verbinden, erwecken ein Coup\u00e9 zum Leben, das gleichzeitig der Vergangenheit entsprungen und in die Zukunft geworfen zu sein scheint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Man findet die emblematischen Proportionen und Details des Modells, das Paolo Martin 1975 bei Pininfarina entworfen hat: die dunkle, straffe Frontpartie oder die kompakte, sportliche Silhouette. Aber alles wird in einer zeitgen\u00f6ssischen \u00c4sthetik neu verpackt: T-f\u00f6rmige LED-Scheinwerfer, kreisf\u00f6rmige Elemente auf der Motorhaube und dem Dach, die vom Pu+Ra HPE inspiriert sind, und dynamisch geformte Linien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es ist unm\u00f6glich, \u00fcber den Montecarlo zu sprechen, ohne sich an seine Rolle im Rennsport zu erinnern. Aus seinem Chassis entstand der legend\u00e4re Lancia Rally 037, der letzte Antrieb, der einen Weltmeistertitel in der Rallye-Weltmeisterschaft erringen konnte. Um dieses Erbe zu feiern, entwarf Giroux auch eine Rallye-Version seines Konzepts, die mit der legend\u00e4ren Alitalia-Lackierung versehen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit seinen goldenen Felgen, dem erweiterten Bodykit, den aggressiven Lufteinl\u00e4ssen und dem Heckspoiler erinnert dieses Modell sofort an die sportliche DNA von Lancia und seine goldene \u00c4ra im Rallyesport. Diese Kreation macht Lust darauf, sie bei einer Sonderpr\u00fcfung oder in einem Showroom zu sehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giroux besteht darauf, dass es sich um ein pers\u00f6nliches, freies Projekt ohne offizielle Verbindung zu Lancia oder Stellantis handelt. Weit entfernt von einem einfachen grafischen Experiment, schafft es dieser Pu+Ra Montecarlo, durch seine Koh\u00e4renz zu \u00fcberzeugen, als ob er tats\u00e4chlich eines Tages existieren k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was den Antrieb angeht, hat der Designer keine Angaben gemacht. Die Proportionen und das Styling deuten auf einen Elektroantrieb hin, doch einige Skizzen lassen auch eine Hybrid-Hypothese mit Mittelmotor vermuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der Praxis konzentriert sich Lancia derzeit auf die Einf\u00fchrung des neuen Ypsilon, gefolgt von den zuk\u00fcnftigen Modellen Gamma und Delta. Ein Sportcoup\u00e9 steht nicht unmittelbar auf dem Programm. Ein solches Projekt zeigt jedoch, wie sehr ein \"Halo Car\" der italienischen Marke zu neuem Ansehen verhelfen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
