W\u00e4hrend <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/stellantis\/stellantis-legt-6-fabriken-in-europa-still-darunter-die-fur-fiat-panda-alfa-romeo-tonale-und-alfa-romeo-junior\/\">Stellantis vermehrt tempor\u00e4re Arbeitsniederlegungen in seinen europ\u00e4ischen Fabriken<\/a>Serbien ist eine Ausnahme. In Kragujevac, dem Werk, in dem der neue Grande Panda produziert wird, gibt die von Antonio Filosa geleitete Gruppe Gas und bereitet sich darauf vor, ihre volle Produktionskapazit\u00e4t zu erreichen. Und das dank eines zumindest paradoxen Rezepts: der Verst\u00e4rkung durch italienische Arbeiter... und vor allem der massiven Ankunft von marokkanischen Arbeitern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">300 marokkanische Arbeiter zur Einf\u00fchrung der Nachtarbeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laut Milano Finanza sollen bis Ende September oder Anfang Oktober etwa 200 neue Arbeiter aus Marokko eintreffen, zus\u00e4tzlich zu den 100, die bereits Ende August eingestellt wurden. Insgesamt werden also 300 Arbeiter aus Marokko die Linien des Gro\u00dfen Panda verst\u00e4rken. Ihre Rolle ist entscheidend: Sie m\u00fcssen ab der ersten Oktoberwoche die Nachtarbeit einf\u00fchren und so die Fabrik auf Hochtouren bringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es sei daran erinnert, dass die lokalen Arbeitskr\u00e4fte die Erwartungen nicht erf\u00fcllt haben. Mit einem Gehalt von rund 600 \u20ac pro Monat konnte Stellantis nicht gen\u00fcgend serbische Arbeitnehmer anziehen, da viele es vorzogen, sich anderswo umzusehen. Daher wandte sich die Gruppe an das Ausland und fand in Marokko eine schnelle und erschwingliche L\u00f6sung, um ihre Belegschaft zu erweitern. Obwohl Serben vor Ort immer noch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/fiat\/die-produktion-von-fiat-grande-panda-viele-serben-sind-gegen-auslandische-arbeiter\/\">feindselig gegen\u00fcber der Ankunft ausl\u00e4ndischer Arbeiter<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Italiener als Unterst\u00fctzung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Marokkaner sind nicht allein. Etwa 150 italienische Arbeiter nehmen ebenfalls an dem Abenteuer teil. Sie kommen vor allem aus Pomigliano d'Arco (80), Melfi (50) und Atessa (15) und werden nach Serbien geschickt, um die neuen Rekruten auszubilden und zu betreuen. Ihre Rolle ist von grundlegender Bedeutung, um den Produktionsanstieg zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und die Qualit\u00e4t an den Produktionslinien zu sichern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereits jetzt produzieren zwei Schichten etwa 350 Autos pro Tag. Mit der Ankunft der dritten Nachtschicht hofft Stellantis, das Tempo weiter zu erh\u00f6hen und die Produktion eines f\u00fcr Fiat strategisch wichtigen Modells zu stabilisieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serbien beschleunigt, Europa stoppt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Kontrast ist krass. W\u00e4hrend Serbien sich (endlich) darauf vorbereitet, auf Hochtouren zu laufen, nimmt Stellantis anderswo in Europa den Fu\u00df vom Gas. In Pomigliano d'Arco wird der Fiat Panda eine Woche lang stillstehen, w\u00e4hrend die Linie des Alfa Romeo Tonale fast zwei Wochen lang pausieren wird. In Poissy sind es 2 000 Besch\u00e4ftigte, die zwischen dem 13. Oktober und dem 3. November Kurzarbeit haben. In Madrid wurden ebenfalls 14 Tage Kurzarbeit angek\u00fcndigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen, so Stellantis, zielten darauf ab, die Produktion an den schwierigen europ\u00e4ischen Markt anzupassen und die Lagerbest\u00e4nde am Ende des Jahres zu regulieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Gro\u00dfe Panda: ein Schl\u00fcsselmodell f\u00fcr Fiat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Grande Panda soll zu einem Eckpfeiler der Fiat-Palette werden, in Hybrid- und Elektroversionen, aber auch mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/fiat\/der-fiat-grande-panda-fur-weniger-als-15-000-euro-ist-endlich-erhaltlich-aber-es-wird-noch-nicht-fur-jeden-etwas-geben\/\">neue Benzinversion ohne Elektrifizierung<\/a>.
