Hier wird die neue <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/autos\/fiat-grande-panda\/\">Fiat Grande Panda<\/a>Das Elektro- und Hybridauto der Zukunft. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/fiat\/\">Fiat<\/a>wird produziert. Doch hinter den ersten Auslieferungen bleibt das Tempo weit hinter den Zielen zur\u00fcck: 150 bis 180 Fahrzeuge verlassen t\u00e4glich die Fabrik, weit entfernt von den angestrebten 500. Und die Gr\u00fcnde daf\u00fcr sind kein Geheimnis mehr: Stellantis hat Schwierigkeiten, einheimische Arbeiter anzuwerben und zu halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zu niedrige L\u00f6hne, um die Serben zu \u00fcberzeugen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Arbeiter in Kragujevac verdient durchschnittlich 70.000 Dinar (597 \u20ac) im Monat, etwas \u00fcber dem serbischen Mindestlohn, aber weit entfernt von den 920 \u20ac des nationalen Durchschnitts. Mit Samstagsarbeit kommen manche auf 768 \u20ac, allerdings zu dem Preis, dass sie schwere Arbeitszeiten haben. Ein eklatanter Unterschied, wenn man ihn mit den Italienern vergleicht, die im letzten Fr\u00fchjahr zur Verst\u00e4rkung geschickt wurden und fast 100 \u20ac pro Tag erhielten. Das Ergebnis ist, dass viele Serben die Fabrik schon nach wenigen Tagen wieder verlassen. \"Die Leute wollen nicht f\u00fcr diesen Lohn arbeiten, weil sie damit nicht \u00fcberleben k\u00f6nnen\", fasst Jugoslav Risti\u0107, ein ehemaliger Gewerkschaftsf\u00fchrer, zusammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ausl\u00e4ndische Arbeiter, um die L\u00fccken zu f\u00fcllen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Da es keine einheimischen Bewerber gab, begann Stellantis mit der Rekrutierung jenseits des Balkans. Nach den Ger\u00fcchten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/fiat\/billigarbeiter-wurden-aus-nepal-kommen-um-den-fiat-grande-panda-zu-produzieren-die-leute-wollen-nicht-fur-diesen-lohn-arbeiten\/\">\u00fcber die Ankunft von Arbeitern aus Nepal<\/a>Milano Finanza best\u00e4tigt, dass 100 marokkanische Arbeiter in Kragujevac in der Produktion t\u00e4tig sind, um die dritte Schicht des Gro\u00dfen Panda zu starten. Sie erhalten etwa 1.000 \u20ac pro Monat, eine Mischung aus marokkanischem Grundlohn (300 \u20ac) und Reisekostenzusch\u00fcssen (700 \u20ac). Deutlich mehr als die serbischen Arbeiter... aber viel weniger als in anderen europ\u00e4ischen Werken des Konzerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wachsende Feindseligkeit in Serbien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier wird die Situation kompliziert. Denn w\u00e4hrend die Serben sich weigern, f\u00fcr 600 \u20ac monatlich zu arbeiten, sehen viele die Ankunft ausl\u00e4ndischer Arbeiter, die diese Bedingungen akzeptieren, sehr kritisch. In einem Land, das bereits von wiederkehrenden Protesten gegen Pr\u00e4sident Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107 gepr\u00e4gt ist, nimmt die soziale Wut eine nationalistische Wendung. \"Die Serben akzeptieren solche L\u00f6hne nicht, aber sie sind gleichzeitig sehr feindselig gegen\u00fcber der Ankunft von Ausl\u00e4ndern, die kommen, um sie zu akzeptieren\", berichten interne Quellen aus der Fabrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Stellantis steht viel auf dem Spiel: Wiederbelebung eines Standorts, der seit dem Fiat 500L stillgelegt war, und erfolgreicher Hochlauf eines Modells, das f\u00fcr seine erschwingliche Modellpalette von strategischer Bedeutung ist. Die aus der Tavares-\u00c4ra \u00fcbernommene und vom neuen Chef Antonio Filosa fortgef\u00fchrte Strategie, billige Arbeitskr\u00e4fte einzusetzen, k\u00f6nnte jedoch ein explosives soziales Klima sch\u00fcren.
