Drei Wochen nach unseren letzten Berichten \u00fcber die Entsendung italienischer Mitarbeiter nach Serbien enth\u00fcllte Milano Finanza, dass Stellantis die Zahl der Mitarbeiter, die in Kragujevac im Einsatz waren, verdoppeln musste. Ein verzweifelter Versuch, die Produktionsrate in die H\u00f6he zu treiben, die immer noch weit hinter den Ambitionen zur\u00fcckbleibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mehr als 60 italienische Arbeiter vor Ort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Erinnern Sie sich: Mitte April berichteten wir, dass <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/fiat\/fiat-grande-panda-zu-viele-bestellungen-italienische-arbeiter-nach-serbien-geschickt\/\">Stellantis hatte damit begonnen, italienische Arbeiter aus seinen Fabriken in Modena und Melfi nach Serbien zu entsenden.<\/a>Die meisten Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler hatten keine Zeit, sich zu engagieren. Urspr\u00fcnglich hatten sich etwa 30 Freiwillige gemeldet. Inzwischen hat sich die Zahl der Freiwilligen verdoppelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laut Milano Finanza sind es jetzt etwa 60 Arbeiter aus Melfi, aber auch aus Atessa, die versuchen, die Produktion des Fiat Grande Panda zu beschleunigen, der seit der Er\u00f6ffnung der Bestellm\u00f6glichkeit im Februar einen massiven Ansturm erf\u00e4hrt (15.000 Exemplare in wenigen Wochen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trotz dieser Verst\u00e4rkung sind die Ziele weit davon entfernt, erreicht zu werden. Stellantis hatte die Zielrate Ende M\u00e4rz auf 500 Einheiten pro Tag festgelegt. In Wirklichkeit <strong>liegen wir heute bei etwa 120 Fahrzeugen\/Tag.<\/strong> Eine Zahl, die leicht gestiegen ist (von 80 bis 100 Ende April), aber immer noch weit von dem Tempo entfernt ist, das notwendig ist, um die europ\u00e4ische Nachfrage zu befriedigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit dem 5. Mai laufen in der serbischen Fabrik in Kragujevac Tests, um eine zweite Produktionsschicht in Betrieb zu nehmen, <strong>in der Hoffnung, bald 240 bis 250 Fahrzeuge pro Tag zu produzieren.<\/strong> Aber selbst im Erfolgsfall w\u00e4re das immer noch nur die H\u00e4lfte des urspr\u00fcnglichen Ziels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Immer noch kritische Lieferzeiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Ergebnis: Die Fristen explodieren, vor allem f\u00fcr Hybridversionen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/fiat\/fiat-grande-panda-angesichts-des-bestellungserfolges-verlangern-sich-die-lieferfristen-weiter\/\">Nach unseren Informationen<\/a>Bei Bestellungen, die im April eingehen, muss man sich nun bis August 2025 f\u00fcr eine elektrische Version (BEV) und bis November 2025 f\u00fcr eine Hybridversion (MHEV) gedulden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Unterschied l\u00e4sst sich auch durch den Mangel an eDCT-Getrieben erkl\u00e4ren, die f\u00fcr Hybridantriebe unerl\u00e4sslich sind. Und das macht es nicht besser f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/fiat\/\">Fiat<\/a>Die europ\u00e4ische Strategie des Landes basiert weitgehend auf diesem Modell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Es herrscht Notstand bei Fiat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Grande Panda ist kein Modell wie jedes andere. Er ist als gro\u00df angelegter Relaunch der Marke Fiat auf dem Kontinent gedacht und kombiniert Neo-Retro-Stil, einen attraktiven Preis und Elektrifizierung. Doch um das Versprechen zu halten, muss man auch schnell liefern k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinter den Kulissen spielt Stellantis gegen die Zeit.
