Der Automobilkonzern, der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/stellantis\/stellantis-wird-eine-neue-batterietechnologie-fur-seine-zukunftigen-spitzenmodelle-testen\/\">bereits f\u00fcr Herbst 2024 angek\u00fcndigt<\/a> eine strategische Partnerschaft mit dem US-Start-up Factorial Energy, best\u00e4tigt heute<strong> die Validierung seiner ersten Festelektrolytzellen f\u00fcr den Automobilbereich.<\/strong> Diese Batterien, die versprechen, die heutigen Lithium-Ionen-Batterien zu \u00fcbertreffen, <strong>werden ab 2026 in einer Pilotflotte von Fahrzeugen getestet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u00f6here Energiedichte f\u00fcr leistungsf\u00e4higere Fahrzeuge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entwickelt mithilfe der FEST-Technologie (Factorial Electrolyte System Technology), <strong>die neuen validierten Zellen weisen eine Energiedichte von 375 Wh\/kg auf,<\/strong> und damit deutlich \u00fcber den herk\u00f6mmlichen Lithium-Ionen-Zellen (um 300 Wh\/kg) und sogar \u00fcber einigen halbfesten Batterien (bis zu 360 Wh\/kg) liegt. Konkret w\u00fcrde dies laut dem Ingenieur f\u00fcr elektrifizierte Antriebe, Quentin Laporte, den wir zu diesem Thema befragt haben, ein 100-kWh-Paket mit einem Gewicht von 450 kg gegen\u00fcber derzeit etwa 600 kg erm\u00f6glichen, was eine nicht zu vernachl\u00e4ssigende Gewichtseinsparung f\u00fcr Reichweite, Stra\u00dfenlage und Leistung bedeuten w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beschleunigte Aufladung und erweiterte Klimatoleranz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ein weiterer wichtiger Fortschritt ist die Ladegeschwindigkeit. <\/strong>Stellantis und Factorial berichten von einer Ladezeit von 15 % auf 90 % in nur 18 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur. Ein Wert, der im Vergleich zu den besten aktuellen Systemen zwar nicht revolution\u00e4r ist, aber dennoch sehr wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig ist, insbesondere f\u00fcr eine Technologie, die sich noch in der Entwicklung befindet. Hinzu kommt eine erh\u00f6hte Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit gegen extreme Temperaturen, <strong>mit einem gesicherten Betrieb von -30 \u00b0C bis +45 \u00b0C, ein Bereich, der weit \u00fcber den herk\u00f6mmlicher Batterien hinausgeht.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lebensdauer und Sicherheit: zwei Herausforderungen gemeistert<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch das h\u00e4ufig genannte Manko von Festk\u00f6rperbatterien, die Lebensdauer, scheint sich auf dem Weg zur L\u00f6sung zu befinden: <strong>validierte Zellen mehr als 600 Ladezyklen erreicht haben,<\/strong> w\u00e4hrend herk\u00f6mmliche Lithium-Ionen-Batterien im Durchschnitt 1.500 bis 2.000 Zyklen erreichen. Diese Zahl ist zwar noch nicht so hoch, stellt aber dennoch einen erheblichen Fortschritt f\u00fcr eine Lithium-Metall-Batterie dar und zeugt von den schnellen Fortschritten dieser noch jungen Technologie. Die Sicherheit, die von den Bef\u00fcrwortern des Festk\u00f6rpers oft hervorgehoben wird, ist ebenfalls ein starkes Argument, insbesondere dank der besseren thermischen Stabilit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technologie bald auf der Stra\u00dfe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stellantis k\u00fcndigte an, dass diese neue Batteriegeneration eingebaut wird <strong>in einer Flotte von Demonstrationsfahrzeugen im Jahr 2026, insbesondere auf der STLA Large-Plattform,<\/strong> die f\u00fcr Oberklasse- und Sportmodelle entwickelt wurde. Diese Tests werden die Technologie unter realen Bedingungen validieren, bevor sie m\u00f6glicherweise in die Massenproduktion geht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben Stellantis arbeitet Factorial Energy auch mit Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai und Kia zusammen, was das enorme Interesse an dieser Technologie belegt.
