W\u00e4hrend der Automobilsektor eine Phase des \u00dcbergangs zu Elektroautos durchl\u00e4uft, sehen diese Motoren, die einst eine S\u00e4ule der Fiat-Produktion waren, eine d\u00fcstere Zukunft. <strong>Zu Beginn des Jahres 2025 scheint sich die Fabrik immer noch im Zeitlupenmodus zu bewegen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sinkende Produktion und Erwartungen an k\u00fcrzere Arbeitszeiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Produktion der Firefly-Motoren, die in Modellen wie dem Fiat Panda und dem Alfa Romeo Tonale eingesetzt werden, wurde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/stellantis\/stellantis-das-italienische-werk-das-die-fiat-firefly-motoren-herstellt-wird-mehrere-monate-lang-stillstehen\/\">seit mehreren Monaten stark reduziert<\/a>. Bei geringeren Auftragsvolumina haben die italienischen Gewerkschaften k\u00fcrzlich enth\u00fcllt, dass <strong>Die GSE-Einheit (die die 1,0L- und 1,5L-Firefly-Motoren herstellt) arbeitete nun mit reduzierter Geschwindigkeit.<\/strong>. Die Umstellung von drei auf zwei Arbeitstage pro Woche wird in Betracht gezogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parallel dazu bleibt die Fire Division, die weiterhin \u00e4ltere Motoren herstellt, unter einem Defensive Solidarity Contract (CDS). Dadurch werden Entlassungen vermieden, indem die Arbeitsstunden f\u00fcr die Besch\u00e4ftigten reduziert werden. Allerdings z\u00f6gert dieser CDS das Unvermeidliche nur hinaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eine noch unklare Umschulung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften Sorgenpunkte ist nach wie vor die Ungewissheit \u00fcber die Umstellung der Fabrik in Termoli.<\/strong> Urspr\u00fcnglich war ein Gigafactory-Projekt, bei dem die Fabrik in ein Produktionszentrum f\u00fcr Batterien f\u00fcr Elektrofahrzeuge umgewandelt werden sollte, in Betracht gezogen, aber ausgesetzt worden. Die Gewerkschaften erwarten konkrete Antworten \u00fcber die Zukunft des Werks. Marco Laviano, Sekret\u00e4r der Fim-Cisl Abruzzo-Molise, sagte: \"Wir wollen, dass Stellantis uns vorl\u00e4dt und eine klare Linie bez\u00fcglich der Zukunft von Termoli vorgibt\". In der Zwischenzeit \"geht das zerm\u00fcrbende Warten weiter\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Druck der Energiewende ist sp\u00fcrbar, und Modelle mit Verbrennungsmotoren wie die mit Firefly-Motoren werden allm\u00e4hlich \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/fiat\/neuer-fiat-500-hybrid-motor-plattform-preis-datum-alles-wurde-enthullt\/\">Die Ankunft des Fiat 500 Hybrid im November 2025<\/a> k\u00f6nnte dem Werk in Termoli einen Hauch von frischer Luft verschaffen. Diese Hybridversion des Fiat 500, die f\u00fcr die Produktion in Mirafiori bestimmt ist, k\u00f6nnte dem Werk und der Produktion von Verbrennungsmotoren wieder etwas Schwung verleihen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bis zu diesem Termin bleibt die Lage f\u00fcr das Werk in Termoli jedoch angespannt. Die Arbeitnehmer, die bereits von den wiederholten Produktionsstopps betroffen sind, sind besorgt, dass sich ihre Arbeitsbedingungen noch weiter verschlechtern werden.
